BOSTON, Nov. 27, 2023 - JLL's Hotels & Hospitality group announced today that it arranged the sale of Bayside Resort Hotel, a 128-room hotel located on Cape Cod in West Yarmouth, Massachusetts.
JLL worked on behalf of the seller in the sale to Bayside Yarmouth LLC. The hotel will be managed by Jamsan Hotel Management.
Set on 3.95 acres, Bayside Resort Hotel features amenities including an indoor and outdoor pool, fitness center, family fun center and over 2,300-square-feet of meeting space.
Situated at 225 MA-28, the hotel is less than two miles east of Hyannis, 63 miles south of Boston and 80 miles east of Providence, RI. West Yarmouth is one of the first stops on Cape Cod travelers pass through when visiting the top leisure destination. West Yarmouth is a census designated place (CDP) in the town of Yarmouth in Barnstable County, Massachusetts. It unites the three villages of West Yarmouth, Yarmouth Port and South Yarmouth to form the second-oldest town on the Cape. It is a history-rich area with iconic landmarks, museums, local restaurants, sandy beaches and family-friendly attractions.
The JLL Capital Markets Investment Sales and Advisory team was led by Managing Director Alan Suzuki, Senior Director Matthew Enright and Analyst Emily Zhang.
