NOTIFICATION TOTAL AMOUNT OF VOTING RIGHTS AT THE
"RECORD DATE"
June 15, 2021.Exprivia S.p.A.- a company listed on the MTA market of Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] - informs that, considering the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting called for the 23rdJune 2021 in first call and, if necessary, for the 24thJune 2021 in second call, pursuant to art. 85-bis, paragraph 4-bis last part, of Regolamento Emittenti Consob no. 11971 of May 14th1999, the total amount of voting rights, with an indication of the number of shares that make up the capital, on the date referred to in art. 83-sexies, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 58/98 (so-called 'record date').
