NOTIFICATION TOTAL AMOUNT OF VOTING

RIGHTS AT THE "RECORD DATE"

19 April 2024. Exprivia - a company listed on the Euronext Milan market of Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] - in anticipation of the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting convened for 30 April 2024 on first call and, if necessary, for 2 May 2024 on second call, announces, pursuant to art. 85-bis, paragraph 4-bis, last part, of the Consob Issuers' Regulation No. 11971 of 14 May 1999, the total amount of voting rights, with an indication of the number of shares making up the capital, as of the date referred to in Article 83-sexies, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree No. 58/98 (the so-calledrecord date).

Please note that no changes have occurred with respect to the previously communicated situation.
