CALENDAR OF CORPORATE EVENTS 2024 APPROVED
29 January 2024. Exprivia S.p.A. - a company listed on the Euronext market of Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] - informs that the Board of Directors today approved the following calendar of corporate events:

The Company has also appointed Deloitte&Touche S.p.A., as the expert appointed by the Court of Bari, to issue the certifications required by law pursuant to Articles 2501-sexies and 2501-bis paragraph 4 of the Italian Civil Code, for the process by incorporation of Exprivia into Abaco3 S.p.A., as provided for in the offer document published by Abaco 3 S.p.A. and aimed at delisting, which is expected to be completed within the first half of this year.
