Milan, 23/06/2025 - A2A, LEI 81560076E3944316DB24, following the announcement on 3 June 2025 concerning the launch of the share buy-back programme (the "Programme") authorized by the ordinary Shareholders' meeting of 29 April 2025, announces that it has purchased during the period from 16/06/2025 to 19/06/2025, n. 2,224,976 of its own shares at an average price per share equal to euro 2.2881, for an aggregate amount of euro 5,090,896.16.
