Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated ("JLL") today announced that effective December 1, 2023, Larry Quinlan, currently serving as an independent, non-executive member of JLL's Board of Directors (the "Board"), will take over as Chair of the Board's Audit & Risk Committee. Beginning December 1, 2023, Ann Marie Petach, who serves as a member of JLL's Board and is the current Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee, will serve as a member of the Audit & Risk Committee in addition to continuing to serve as a member of the Nominating, Governance & Sustainability Committee.
