PITTSBURGH, PA- October 2, 2023 -JLL, a leading real estate and investment management firm, announced today that it has added Michelle Stewart as Senior Vice President, Retail, in its Pittsburgh office. In this role, Stewart will focus on both landlord and tenant representation in the retail sector across Pennsylvania and surrounding Ohio and West Virginia markets.
Stewart joins JLL with more than 13 years of extensive retail experience, working with some of the nation's fastest growing retailers and restaurants. During her tenure, she represented millions of square feet of commercial real estate. She has particular expertise in advising tenants on site selection strategy, transactional negotiations, and site acquisition and disposition services.
"As Pittsburgh and surrounding markets continue to gain momentum, Michelle coming aboard is going to help propel our region's Retail services to new heights," said JC Pelusi, JLL market director. Prior to joining JLL, Stewart has held positions at local and national commercial real estate firms, most recently as Vice President with CBRE, preceded by positions at Colliers and Burns & Scalo Real Estate.
