AUSTIN, Mar. 18, 2025 - JLL Capital Markets announced today that it has arranged the acquisition financing for a well-located industrial outdoor storage facility in Houston, Texas.
JLL worked on behalf of Matt Haley, Cort Martin and Garrett Marler of Apricus Realty Capital to secure the five-year, fixed-rate loan.
Located in north Houston, the property sits on 11 acres in one of Houston's fastest growing industrial submarkets. The area benefits from its proximity to major transportation routes, facilitating convenient access to the greater Houston market.
The JLL Debt Advisory team was led by Senior Director CW Sheehan, Director Jack Britton and Analysts Peyton Ackerman and Nate Henderson.
