CHICAGO, Oct. 16, 2023 - JLL announced today that it has hired Amy Nunziata as an executive vice president leading operations nationally for Healthcare Work Dynamics Division.
Nunziata's impressive career spans more than 25 years of providing leadership, management, direction and oversight of healthcare, research and academic facilities. Her experience includes engineering, design and construction; security; safety; and operations. Most recently, she served as the vice president of facilities operations and engineering at New York-Presbyterian, one of the nation's most comprehensive, integrated academic healthcare delivery systems. In that role, she was responsible for the operations of seven hospitals and the environmental health and safety for the entire 10-hospital system.
"Amy's extensive experience will strengthen the depths of JLL's Work Dynamics Healthcare capabilities with her transformational mindset, vision for the future and track record of operational excellence," Flynn Gaffney said. "We are thrilled for what she brings to the team and her passion to serve our clients."
"I'm excited to join JLL and its national healthcare team of facilities experts," Nunziata said. "Facilities leadership within healthcare is a most complex - while equally rewarding - career choice. It is for that reason that I chose to join a national organization where I can have a greater impact. I look forward to working with the JLL team in partnership with our clients to deliver the highest level of service to the communities we serve today and all those we will serve in the future."
