Exprivia nominates a new Investor Relator
February 29, 2024. Exprivia S.p.A. - a company listed on the Euronext market of Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] - hereby announces that it has appointed Mr. Donato Dalbis, former Chief Financial Officer of the Company and Manager in charge of preparing the Exprivia Group's financial reports pursuant to Art. 154-bis of the Consolidated Finance Act, as Investor Relator of the Company. 154-bis of the Consolidated Finance Act, as Investor Relator of the Company. The curriculum vitae of Mr. Donato Dalbis, who according to the information available to the Company does not hold shares in Exprivia SpA, is available in the section "Corporate > Corporate Governance" of the website www.exprivia.it.
The Company also announces that the closing date for the acquisition of 85% of Balance S.p.A., initially scheduled for 28 February 2024, as communicated to the market on 11 December 2023, has been postponed to 15 March 2024.
