Exprivia- a company listed on the MTA Market of Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] - informs that, given the need for further details, taking into account today's holiday, considering that the Issuer has acquired the availability of the majority shareholder to hold the meeting on second call, called for the next June 24, the Annual Financial Reports will be filed tomorrow, 3 June 2021.
