Milan, 7th August 2021 - A2A S.p.A. announces that, on August 6th, 2021, Prof. Vincenzo Cariello has resigned as Lead Independent Director, due to sudden personal reasons.
The strong commitment of Prof Cariello as an independent director and member of the Company's committees remains firm.
