Brescia, 8 October 2021 - It is hereby made known that the extraordinary Shareholders' Meetings of Linea Group Holding S.p.A. and A2A S.p.A., held respectively on 7 and 8 October 2021, approved the merger by incorporation of Linea Group Holding S.p.A. into A2A S.p.A.
